Billing and Usage

The Billing area allows you to review your subscription and usage.

Available information can include

• Current plan
• Minutes usage
• Daily usage
• Overage alerts
• Plan-change options
• Invoices
• AI minute top-ups

Review usage

1. Select Billing & Logs and open Billing.
2. Review the current plan.
3. Check Minutes Usage.
4. Review daily usage.
5. Review any overage alerts.
6. Open plan or invoice options when needed.

Telephony/carrier usage may be billed separately from Talk-Lee AI-platform minutes depending on your commercial agreement.

Buy AI minute top-ups

If your included AI minutes run out before the next renewal, you can buy additional minutes.

1. Open Billing.
2. Find the top-up panel.
3. Choose a bundle.
4. Complete the payment.
5. Confirm the new balance.

Standard bundles are:

Top-up bundles apply only to Talk-Lee AI platform minutes. Telephone/PSTN/SIP carrier usage and premium voice usage remain billed separately. Larger custom bundles can be quoted for higher-volume accounts.

Change plan

1. Open Billing and select the plan options.
2. Review the available plans and their limits.
3. Choose the plan you want.
4. Complete the payment process.
5. Confirm the new plan is shown on the Billing page.

Returning from the payment provider does not by itself activate a subscription. Talk-Lee confirms the change once payment is verified, which can take a short time. If the page says confirmation is pending, wait and refresh rather than paying again.

Invoices

1. Open Billing & Logs and select Invoices.
2. Review the list of invoices.
3. Select an invoice to open its detail page.
4. Download or print the invoice where the action is available.

Cancel a subscription

Where the action is available to your role, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period rather than immediately. Review your agreement and export anything you need to keep before the account's access ends.
