Calls and Recordings
Call History
Call History provides a detailed record of campaign calls.
How to review calls
- Select Call History.
- Use search to find calls by phone number.
- Use available filters such as all calls, lead-related calls, or calls with issues.
- Expand a call to view additional information.
Depending on the call, Talk-Lee can provide:
- Campaign information
- Call duration/status
- AI summary
- Lead outcome
- Transcript
- Recording playback
Transcript and Summary
Use the transcript to understand what was actually said. Use the AI summary for a faster overview, but verify important sales or compliance details against the transcript when necessary.
Call detail page
Select a call to open its own page, where available, for the full record of that single call.
Dial again
Where the action is available, use it to place a follow-up call to the same number.
Call issues
Where a call had a technical problem, Talk-Lee can show an issues panel explaining what happened and what to check.
Recordings
The Recordings page provides access to stored voice recordings according to your plan and retention policy.
Recording storage and retention depend on your plan. The pricing page lists the storage allowance and retention period for each plan. Recordings older than the retention period are removed, so download anything you need to keep for longer.
