Connectors

Connectors link Talk-Lee to external services.

Supported integrations depend on your account and current product configuration. CRM connectors such as HubSpot and Salesforce are available on the Business plan.

Connect a provider

1. Select Connectors.
2. Locate the provider you want to connect.
3. Select Connect or Reconnect.
4. Complete the provider's authorization process.
5. Return to Talk-Lee.
6. Confirm the connector shows Connected.

Reconnect an expired connector

If a connector shows Expired or Connection needs attention:

1. Select Reconnect.
2. Sign in to the external provider.
3. Approve the required permissions.
4. Return to Talk-Lee and verify the status.

Disconnect a connector

Use Disconnect when you intentionally want Talk-Lee to stop using that integration.
