Getting Started

Before You Sign In

Parts of Talk-Lee are available to anyone visiting the website, without an account.

Ask AI — talk to the agent live

The Talk-Lee home page carries an Ask AI button. Selecting it starts a live voice conversation with a Talk-Lee AI agent in your browser, so you can hear how the product sounds before signing up.

  1. Open the Talk-Lee home page.
  2. Select Ask AI.
  3. Allow microphone access when your browser asks for it.
  4. Speak normally. The agent answers in real time.
  5. While a call is active, a call bar appears at the top of the page showing the elapsed time and an End Call button.
  6. Select End Call to finish. A short notice confirms the call has ended.

Notes:

  • Moving to another page ends the call.
  • If you are not signed in, Talk-Lee may ask you to sign in or create an account before connecting. After signing in you are returned to the home page.
  • If the agent cannot connect, an error message appears in the call bar with a dismiss control.

Pricing

The public Pricing page lists the available subscription plans.

  1. Select Pricing from the navigation menu, or open the pricing page directly.
  2. Use the Annual / Monthly switch above the plan cards to change which price is shown. Annual is shown by default.
  3. Review the two plans side by side.
  4. Scroll down for the full feature comparison, the AI minute top-up bundles, voice provider notes, telephone usage notes, and billing notes.
  5. Select Get Started on a plan to create an account, or Talk to Sales to contact the team about larger deployments.

The pricing page shows plan limits, included AI minutes, concurrent call limits, campaign limits, recording storage and retention, support hours, connector availability, and which voice providers are included.

Telephone/PSTN/SIP carrier minutes are billed separately from Talk-Lee AI platform minutes.

Other public pages

The public website also includes product pages, industry pages, use-case pages, a contact form, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. These are linked from the navigation menu and the footer.

What you need to use Talk-Lee

  • A current version of a mainstream desktop or mobile browser.
  • A working microphone, for Ask AI and for testing an agent in the browser.
  • Permission from your browser to use that microphone.
  • A stable internet connection. Live voice is sensitive to poor or restricted networks.

Corporate networks that block real-time audio may prevent in-browser calling. If that applies to you, ask your IT team about the restriction before troubleshooting the product.

  3. Talk-Lee emails a verification code. Enter that code to continue.
  4. Choose a password that meets the strength requirements shown on screen.
  5. Complete the registration.

After registration, Talk-Lee signs you in and opens your dashboard. If you arrived from the Ask AI button, you are returned to the home page instead.

Sign in to Talk-Lee

  1. Open the Talk-Lee web application.
  2. Enter your registered email address and password.
  3. Complete MFA if it is enabled for your account.
  4. After a successful sign-in, Talk-Lee opens the Dashboard.

If your organization uses a configured sign-in provider, follow the provider prompts shown on screen.

  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Talk-Lee emails a reset code.
  4. Enter the code and set a new password.
  5. Sign in with the new password.

The left sidebar provides access to the main Talk-Lee areas, in this order:

  • Dashboard — account and calling overview
  • Campaigns — create and manage outbound campaigns
  • Inbound — manage inbound AI call flows where enabled
  • Call History — review completed calls, transcripts, summaries, and recordings
  • Contacts — import and manage campaign contacts
  • Analytics — review calling performance
  • Recordings — access stored call recordings
  • Connectors — connect supported external services
  • AI Options — configure AI, voice, and model settings
  • Security — your own account security, including recovery codes
  • Billing & Logs — view plan, usage, and billing information
  • Settings — profile, account security, and telephony settings
  • Logout — sign out of Talk-Lee

Depending on your plan and role you may also see Assistant, Meetings, Reminders, Email, Reviews, Notifications, Security Center, Developer Hub, or white-label partner areas.

Selecting the Talk-Lee name at the top of the sidebar returns you to the public home page.

Collapse the sidebar

A control beside the Talk-Lee name collapses the sidebar to icons only, giving more room to the page content. Select it again to expand. Your choice is remembered on that browser.

Your account panel

The bottom of the sidebar shows your name and your role in the account, such as Tenant Admin. Use it to confirm which account and role you are working in, which matters when you have access to more than one.

Light and dark appearance

The navigation bar includes a theme control. Use it to switch between light and dark appearance. Your choice is remembered on that browser.

Smaller screens

On phones and tablets the navigation collapses into a menu button. Select it to open the navigation drawer, then select an area. The drawer closes when you choose a destination, when you select the close control, when you select outside it, or when you press Escape.

Sign out

  1. Select Logout at the bottom of the sidebar.
  2. Talk-Lee ends your session and returns you to the sign-in page.

Sign out when you finish on a shared or public computer.

If you are signed out unexpectedly

Talk-Lee ends a session after a period of inactivity, and when your role or permissions change. If that happens, sign in again. Any unsaved work on the page is lost, so save as you go on long forms.

If you cannot reach a page

Some areas are restricted by role. If you open a page your account is not permitted to use, Talk-Lee shows an access-denied page. Ask your account administrator if you believe you should have access.

If a link leads to a page that does not exist, Talk-Lee shows a not-found page. Check the address, or return using the sidebar.

Dashboard

The Dashboard gives you a high-level view of your Talk-Lee account and recent calling activity.

What you can review

Depending on your account and activity, the Dashboard can show:

  • Campaign/call activity
  • Live or recent call trends
  • Answered and failed calls
  • Performance indicators
  • Minutes usage
  • Operational alerts
  • Recent campaign activity

How to use the Dashboard

  1. Select Dashboard from the left sidebar.
  2. Review the main KPI cards at the top of the page.
  3. Use the available date or time-range controls to change the period being reviewed.
  4. Review call-volume charts and operational signals.
  5. Check Minutes Usage to understand how much of your included usage has been consumed.
  6. Use campaign links or call-related panels to move to more detailed information.

Check the Dashboard at the start and end of each campaign day to confirm that calls, minutes, and campaign performance look normal.
