White-Label and Partner Administration

Where your account includes white-label access, you manage your own customers from the partner area rather than the standard dashboard.

Partner dashboard

  1. Sign in with your partner administrator account.
  2. Talk-Lee opens the partner dashboard rather than the standard dashboard.
  3. Review activity across your tenants.

Manage tenants

  1. Open Tenants.
  2. Review the list of tenant accounts.
  3. Select Edit on a tenant to change its details.
  4. Open a tenant's Agent settings to review or change how its AI agent behaves.
  5. Use the create action to add a new sub-tenant, where it is available to your account.

Partner analytics and billing

  • Analytics — calling performance across your tenants
  • Billing — usage and charges across your tenants

Branding preview

Where available, use the preview area to check how the branded experience appears to your customers before publishing changes.

Note for partner administrators

A partner administrator account is scoped to the partner area. If you also need to work inside a single tenant's standard dashboard, use an account with the appropriate role for that tenant.
